A Snack Meal

Now, I know many people dont want to be taken out of their best way to lose weightbreakfast, lunch, and dinner routineso you can still eat at those traditional meal times, but try cutting back a bit on how much food you eat at those meals and add those calories into 2 or 3 snack meals in between. A fast weight loss snack meal could be a protein/energy bar or maybe even a piece of fruit and a slice of whole grain bread.
